Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Malese Jow in an American actress mostly known for her role as Lucy Stone in the Nickelodeon sitcom Big Time Rush. Her father is a Chinese and mother a Caucasian of Indian origin. She is also known for the role of Anna in the show The Vampire Diaries. Besides an actress, she is also a singer. She spent her childhood singing the national anthem at baseball games. Malese Jow first appeared on Barney and Dellaventura at the age of six. However, her professional acting career began after she co-starred in the Nickelodeon's sitcom Unfabulous.
At the age of 11, Malese won four rounds of the reality TV show "Next Big Star" as a child vocalist. She got several Young Artist Nominations after she started working in Nickelodeon.
