She is an actress, model, singer and TV hostess, who was born Maribel del Rocío Fernández García. She came to prominence as the winner of Miss Costa Rica 1978 and is regard as one of the most advertised and surrounded woman by the Mexican Media. As an actress, she is known for her role in films like Crown of Tears, ¡Qué madre, tan padre! and Terror and Black Lace.
