He is an American meteorologist currently working with AccuWeather in State College, Pennsylvania and The Weather Channel in Atlanta, Georgia. He studied at Pennsylvania State University and graduated with a B.S. in Meteorology. He worked for WITN-TV in Washington, North Carolina as a meteorologist. For the volunteer work with Camp Kudzu he was awarded with the 2005 President's Service Award. In August 1990, he was voted Employee of the Month by the Weather Channel.
