Matt McGorry is an American actor, born and raised in Manhattan. He went to Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School for his high school studies and then to Emerson College for the graduate studies. Matt was interested in acting since childhood and started performing at the age of nine. Matt made his television debut from ABC daytime opera One Life to Live. He is mainly known for his works in How to Get Away with Murder and Orange is the new Black.
Matt McGorry was raised Jewish as his mother was Jewish. Before turning into an actor, he was a bodybuilder. Matt is always concerned about the social issues and calls himself a feminist.
