Mike Flanagan is an American Filmmaker, known for his horror films, all of which he directed, wrote, and edited, such as, Absentia, Oculus, Hush, Ouija: Origin of Evil and Before I Wake.
Mike attended Towson University, where he graduated with BA in Electronic Media & Films and a minor in Theatre. Mike began his feature film career in 2000 with “Makebelieve” at the age of 21. His follow-up, “Still Life”(2001) was an award-winning digital feature shot in and around Baltimore.
Talking about Flanagan personal life, he has been married twice and is the father of two children. He was married to Shea Cerveny from 2005 to 2010. After Shea, he married actress Kate Siegel in February 2016 and have one child, son Cody Paul Flanagan, born on November 26, 2016, with her. Mike has another son, Rigby Joseph Flanagan-Bell, born on October 15, 2010, from his relationship with Absentia actress Courtney Bell.
