New Zealand-born Australian professional Latin dancer, Peta Murgatroyd became the W.A. Amateur Latin State Champion in 2002 and also won the title in 2003.She returned for season 22 with her dancing partnered Nyle DiMarco, a deaf model, and actor. On 24th May 2016, Murgatroyd and DiMarco were crowned the season's champions. She again joined the 'Dancing with the Stars: Live! for the "Dance All Night" tour in winter 2015-2016.
