Tim Lewis is an American football coach and former corner-back. Lewis played college football for the University of Pittsburgh. He played four NFL seasons before his playing career ended, and thereafter became a college and professional coach. His career was cut short by a severe neck injury suffered in a Monday Night game against the Chicago Bears in the third week of the 1986 season.
