Toby McDonough was born on 21st January 1998 in Tampa, Florida. He belongs to White-American ethnicity/race and holds American nationality.
In 2012, McDonough associated with the rock band ‘Before You Exit.’ His first performance with the band was ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ cover which became an instant hit.
He also became one of the popular best dancers of the group. His elder brothers, Riley McDonough and Connor McDonough, are also the part of the band ‘Before You Exit.’ They are also a part of the local church youth singing group. While in the church group, they met Thomas Silvers and Braiden Wood with whom they later formed the band. In August 2017, McDonough’s band toured Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines to promote their music. They also joined ‘Fifth Harmony,’ a girl band on their ‘Fifth Times A Charm Tour.’
Before You Exit won the annual Macy’s iHeartRadio Rising Star contest and was recognized by their own float at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. They also toured Europe and signed a contract with the RCA Records.
