Tulip Victoria Khaury is the daughter and only child of the late American singer and musician Tiny Tim, who rose to fame in the 1960s with his distinctive falsetto voice and ukulele playing. She was born on May 10, 1971, in New York City, to Tiny Tim and his first wife, Victoria Budinger, also known as Miss Vicki.
