Shocking Adele's Weight Loss Transformation

Two things that shocked rapper Drake's birthday party on Thursday night were Adele's cozying up with the Canadian artist and the songstress's dramatic weight loss transformation.

As the Grammy-winning artist showed off her sharper jawline and slimmer physique in a black off-shoulder tight dress that perfectly hugged her curves, some of the fans of the record-breaking singer even confused her with Sarah Paulson.

And, interestingly enough, Adele's new shocking weight loss results comes six months following the split from her former husband, Simon Konecki, a businessman, with whom she shares a child, a son named Angelo Adkin.

The hits making singer, however, began working on her weight a couple of years back after she needed to boost her stamina for the then-upcoming music tour in 2016.

So, how was the 'Hello' singer able to lose her weight? The answer to Adele's weight loss is simple. She made changes to her diet and followed an exercise regimen. 

Adele Followed A Secret Diet

More precisely, Adele focused on her diet and health soon after the birth of her son whom she welcomed in 2012. Obviously, she didn't only shed pounds to get rid of her pregnancy weight but to take care of her health too.

Although the singer is yet to confirm, it was revealed the mother of one's weight loss was mainly the result of following the Sirtfood diet, which isn't like the rest of the diet you hear about which has restrictions to avoid eating most of the food.
