The proud parents named their fourth son Cass Mac - breaking the tradition to name from 'K' theme of their other three sons. Later in the evening, Wayne Rooney also shared a snap of him with his four boys on Instagram captioning ''5-a-side team complete! Welcome to the world, Cass ????????''
Coleen and Rooney have welcomed the baby a week after the WAG threw a lavish baby shower to celebrate her newest arrival with her pals and family. The baby shower was decorated with pink and blue balloons to keep the baby's sex a mystery.
In August 2017, Coleen announced she and her husband were expecting their fourth child in a social media post. She wrote, 'So Happy!!! ..... Never denied the news, but I was always protecting it!! Had scan & all checks are fine.....Baby number 4 is on its way.'
