Tyga kicked off his career with his debut album, No Introduction, in 2008 and has since become one of the most prolific rappers in the industry. The Grammy-nominated rapper boasts six successful albums under his belt and many hit collaborations with fellow singers. Despite being at the end of the media's constant scrutiny, Tyga has managed to maintain a little ambiguity. "I sometimes think that for some artists, it's good to keep up the mystique. I don't want people to know what I'm doing every day," the rapper reasons.  

Born Micheal Ray Stevenson on November 19, 1989, in Compton, California, Tyga's stellar career isn't without a few stains. Like most rappers, the Rack City crooner has landed himself in hot waters more than one time. Tyga, 33, has been involved in a jewelry robbery allegation, sued for sexual battery, and been called out for dating an underage. The controversies around the rapper's life can go on and on, but here's a look of his love life bit.

It is safe to say that the Compton-born rapper kicked off his dating career alongside his professional venture. Fans only took interest in the rapper's love life after Tyga sparked one headline after another post-fame, but Tyga's dating experiences go way back. Stevenson was a newbie in the industry and was yet to make his mark when he was linked with singer Kiely Williams, who he reportedly dated for a year from 2007 to 2008.  

Tyga's relationship with stunning model Chanel Iman should have been the talk of the town, but for some reason, it missed the limelight it deserved. The pair started dating in late 2008 and even made their relationship official, via the May 2009 issue of Vogue. The Far Away crooner turned out to be a man of secrets when a source in 2019 revealed that the rapper had been married once. A court filing unveiled Tyga's long-dissolved nuptials with Jordan Craig, who infamously dated Tristan Thompson in 2016. 

The documents revealed that the rapper and Craig had tied the knot in September 2010 and had filed for divorce after a month. The Rack City hitmaker's first love in the spotlight experience was with model Blac Chyna, who appeared in Tyga's Rack City music video before delving into a romantic relationship with the rapper. The pair confirmed their relationship in November 2011 and welcomed a son, King Cairo, in October 2012. The pair were engaged by December 2012 and no longer together by 2014.   

Chyna recently revealed how her son's father and her fiancee at the time, ended things with her abruptly and kicked her out of his home to be with Kylie Jenner, who Tyga started dating after a few months. Tyga's then-rumored flame, Jenner, was 15 at the time so, the pair first insisted on being together on a platonic level. But the nature of their relationship was soon revealed. The pair became Instagram official in October 2014 and dated on and off until 2018.   

Following his eyebrow-raising romance with the reality star-turned-make-up mogul Kylie, Tyga sparked dating rumors with Australian rapper Iggy Azalea. The rumors started after Tyga's feature in Iggy's single, Kream, and the duo's insinuating appearance at the 2018 Coachella. The rapper had flings with model Tammy Hembrow and Amina Blue before getting embroiled in another scandal with Tik Tok star Bella Poarch in 2021. The rumored pair were even said to have made a sex tape together. Neither Tyga nor Bella confirmed the wild claims.

The Make it Nasty rapper last dated influencer Camaryn Swanson. The pair even sparked engagement rumors at one point. The pair's relationship ended after Swanson accused the rapper of domestic violence in October 2021. Tyga was arrested and released on $50,000. The rapper is back at it again. Tyga and his ongoing dating rumor with singer Avril Lavigne is the only thing everyone's been talking about on the internet lately.  

The duo's romance came to headlines earlier this year after the pair were spotted making out. Aside from their unlikely pairing, what set off the incessant buzz, even more, was the fact that Lavigne had just called things off with her fiancee, Mod Sun. The pair have since been pictured on multiple occasions and are seemingly official as Tyga debuted Avril on his Instagram. A source recently revealed that Tyga gifted his new lady love with a whopping $80,000 worth of necklace.  

The New York City-based celebrity jeweler Eric Mavani revealed Tyga custom-designed a diamond necklace, which also had her written out on it. The Complicated crooner was pictured wearing it during her recent date night with Tyga. The Sk8er Boi singer even posted a selfie, showing off her $80k worth chain.
