Being an actress isn't easy. And, high profile actress like Jennifer Aniston who is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and fit actresses doesn't have it any easier either. And, to stay beautiful and keep her weight on track, the Friends actress starves herself for most of the day. In fact, she fasts for sixteen hours whilst she only feeds her body for the remaining eight hours.

Well, what's intermittent fasting? It's a kind of diet that is based upon the idea of fasting to shed weight. And, there are different kinds of intermittent fasting including 5:2 Fasting which is about fasting for two days a week, Skip A Meal Fasting which is about skipping meals when needed, Alternate Fasting Diet which is about fasting for any day of the week, The Warrior Diet which concerns eating only at night time, and 16/2 diet, the same diet Aniston adopted.

More specifically, for Jennifer, the actress avoids eating in the morning by skipping breakfast to only have late lunch and dinner. Of course, Aniston says the 16/2 fasting diet was successful for her as she quickly noticed weight loss results. 

In the meantime, Aniston is not the only celebrity who embraced the intermittent fasting diet to lose weight as fellow English comedian and tv presenter Jimmy Carr shed over three stones using the same diet method.

Aniston Exercises After Seven In The Morning

Besides fasting, Aniston also credits exercises and other factors behind her weight loss successions. Jen reveals she begins exercising after 7:30 AM. Some of her work out regimens include walking on the treadmill and cardio which she does for a minimum of 20 minutes.

And, finishing a great work out session doesn't only make the Murder Mystery's star tone up her body, but also makes her feel great from the inside. The California residence also does other physical activities like yoga, boxing, and meditation to keep her body healthy, young and fit.  Jennifer doesn't make her body work super hard with exercises though, as she thinks it's important to put it on rest at least once a week.

Work out and fasting aren't the only two factors behind Jennifer Aniston's ageless body as the Golden Globe winning-actress is super conscious of what she is feeding her body and regularly drinks green celery juices to start off her day.

Meanwhile, with impressive results being found by experts, the intermittent diet has gained more popularity worldwide lately.
