Actor John Cihangir who performed as Doug Rickenberger on Cobra Kai is off the market and the handsome young actor is dating his beautiful girlfriend, Gissette Valentin who also happens to be a martial artist and an actress.

Cihangir and his girlfriend Valentin have been dating since 2018. Well, both John and Gisette first shared a video of each other training on Instagram in July 2018. And, it seems like martial arts being their common passion is what brought them closer.

As a matter of fact, Cihangir and Valentine met on the set of Cobra Kai where the actress performed as Sarah. And, two years since they began dating, Cihangir and Valentin are still going stronger.

The young lovebirds are also not shy of constantly sharing pictures of each other on social media, as on John's Birthday, Gissette wrote, "Happy Birthday to this loving, funny, sweet, inspiring, genuine gentleman! You’re truly a gift to all those you come in contact with. The world has yet to experience all you have to offer. Can’t wait to see where this journey goes," on Instagram.

As for Valentin who is repped by Privilege Talent Agency is best known for her roles in Million Dollar Arm, Bad Boys For Life, Let It Shine, The Tomorrow War, The Boss, and Devil By His Side. Aside from being an actor, Valentin is also a writer.

John Cihangir's Facts - Education Is Not His Thing

John Cihangir could have become an engineer, but instead, he decided to become a stunt performer and actor. In case you didn't know, Cihangir who studied at the Louisiana State University holds a degree in mechanical engineering.

But, better late than never, Cihangir later realized he wanted to pursue acting and that his heart belonged to the entertainment industry. In an interview with the Kungfu Kingdom, Cihangir shared that even though he got a college degree, school was not for him.

Cihangir who had been training for martial arts since his early days then followed his heart and became a stuntman and actor. And, the currently 27 years old actor has already worked on many movies and TV shows such as Relatable, The Passage, Doom Patrol, Jumanji: The Next Level, NCIS: New Orleans, Stranger Things, and Stargirl among others.

Aside from acting, Cihangir also has a dream to become a businessman and work as a real estate agent in his foreseeable future. And, if he continues with the same determination and hope, Cihangir will sure achieve that dream too.
