As per Fame Chain, Judy Loe has been married twice. Her first marriage was to her husband, Richard Beckinsale, which lasted from 1977 until the latter's passing in 1979. They have a daughter named Kate Beckinsale.

Beckinsale was a well-known actor who was born in England. He portrayed Lennie Godber in the BBC sitcom Porridge and Alan Moore in the ITV sitcom Rising Damp. Going Straight, the sequel series to Porridge, was also one of his projects.

On March 6, 1974, Judy Loe was born in Urmston, Lancashire, England. She is the daughter of Nancy, who worked in department stores and also modeled, and Norman Scarborough Loe, who worked selling equipment.

Loe received her education at Urmston Grammar School and then continued her studies at the University of Birmingham, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Drama. The rock musical Hair had her as a member of the original cast in the United Kingdom.

Judy made her debut on British television in 1970, and her first role was as Lillian "Lillu" Palmer in the ITV Thames Television program Ace of Wands, which ran from 1970–1972. It was in 1973 when Loe was given the part of Alice Lee in the movie Woodstock.

In 1975, after taking a break for a few months, Loe made her first appearance in the character of Princess May in the drama series Edward the Seventh, which aired on ATV. After that, she starred in cameo roles in various comedies, including Robin's Nest, Ripping Yarns, The Upchat Line, and Miss Jones and Son, among others.
