Former BBC Breakfast host; Susanna Reid is also best known as the presenter of Good Morning Britain alongside Piers Morgan. And, in recent times since last year, Reid noticeably started to look slimmer. Matter of fact, the tv actress lost nearly two stones as per the revelation she made in 2018.
Sharing the motive and the secrets behind her amazing weight loss transformation, Reid opened up saying that she needed to lose weight as per the suggestion of her doctor. And, surprisingly, the Croydon native originally went to the doctor to discuss her skin problems.
In return, her health reports suggested that her Body Mass Index range was at its top end in concern of her height that is 1.63 meters. And in order to balance her BMI scale, Susanna needed to drop some weight. But, obviously, Reid was never fat or overweight that she needed to lose some weight.
So, how was the tv host able to lose a stone and seven pounds in less than a year?
Reid Cut Off Booze
Reid admitted herself that she felt a bit heavy although she was never overweight. And in order to take care after her health, Susanna wouldn't have been able to do it without focusing her diet.
Yes, all Reid did was cut off one thing from her diet; alcohol. The secrets to her weight loss are ditching booze from her table alongside some workout sessions and exercise. And, in case, a lot of you are aware or not, but drinking alcohol can highly result in weight gain issues.
This is because alcohol such as red wine is profoundly rich in high calories which can directly result in weight gain issues. And, a lot of other celebrities including Andy Cohen and Lisa Riley as well as removed alcohol from their diets for weight loss and health concern.
Susanna also credits exercises, something she describes the feeling to be unbeatable, for her weight loss. Besides, Susanna also made other diet changes to keep her figure in shape.
Susanna Stopped Snacking
The mother of three children including Finn Cotton, Sam Cotton, and Jack Cotton she shares with former husband Dominic Cotton also ditched snacking to shed weight. The tv broadcaster who claims waking up hungry early in the morning was what made her to munch on toast and biscuits that led to weight gain.
Thanks to Tyson Fury who inspired the Brown-haired beauty to remove milk and urged her to only drink black coffee to stay fit. And, as hard word paid off, the tv presenter was successful to lose a stone and 7Ibs in less than twelve months.
