Pride & Prejudice actor Matthew Macfadyen who played the famous fictional lead role of Mr. Fitzwilliam Darcy romanced his co-star Keira Knightley who graced the lead role of Elizabeth Bennet. But, IRL, Macfadyen has only one woman for his eyes. And, she is the beautiful actress Keeley Hawes.

If fans of the show remember, Macfadyen played the role of Tom Quinn while his partner Hawes played the role of Zoe Reynolds.
But, of course, their romance didn't start right away as it took a bit of time for Matthew and Keeley to know each other before they actually fell in love from their friendship. And, their profession must have been one of the common interests that made their relationship even stronger.
Not to mention, Macfadyen confessed his love for Hawes in the rain. Not long after Matthew and Keeley began dating, the Ripper Street actor asked his lover to marry him. Keeley happily accepted the marriage proposal and exchanged the marital vows two years later in 2004.
Well, Macfadyen and the love of his life tied the knot in the winter of 2004 and it was a super lowkey event that was practically a registration wedding inside an office. And, nearly sixteen years later, Matthew and his wife are still going stronger with two children.
Macfadyen's Kids - Keeley Was Pregnant When She Married Matthew
Actor Matthew Macfadyen and his wife Keeley Hawes are blessed with two beautiful children, a son and a daughter both. As a matter of fact, the Honour actress was seven months pregnant with the couple's first child, daughter Maggie Macfadyen in 2004.

The family of four reside in England and LA along with Macfadyen's stepson from Keeley's first marriage.
Speaking of which, Macfadyen is the stepfather of Myles McCallum who is the son of DJ Spencer McCallum. Matthew's wife was previously married to McCallum in 2001 but their marriage only lasted for less than two years.
Macfadyen maintains a close and positive relationship with his step-son and McCallum both, though. And although Matthew is super protective of his privacy, it doesn't erase the reality that he enjoys a great life with his family.
