Television personality Christina Aguilera is currently in a relationship with her fiancé of nearly four years, Matt Rutler; former guitarist of the Nate Mott Band. Matt popped the question on the valentine's day of 2014.
According to some sources, the couple first met on the set of the movie, Burlesque in 2010. Rutler was a production assistant at the time.
Aguilera and Rutler together are blessed with a daughter named Summer Rain; born on August 16, 2014, via c-section. In July 2014, Rutler also escorted Aguilera on her baby shower event held in Los Angeles.
During her pregnancy, the 36-year-old actress photographed nude for V Magazine flashing the beauty of motherhood. Sharing her motherhood experience, she said:

According to the source, the pair eloped while they were enjoying a vacation in Venice.

“They have been going back and forth with wedding plans for years, but in the end they wanted to be spontaneous… A bohemian elopement to Europe was the perfect way to seal their commitment to each other.”
However, another source revealed that the pair didn’t elope in Italy and are not secretly married. Earlier in 2016, the singer told that she is in no rush to tie the knot. Aguilera said at the time:
"We discuss it when we’re snuggling in bed, but it’s a casual conversation."
