It's a Boy - Rapper Cardi B & Husband Offset welcome Second Child

The I Like It hitmaker Cardi B & her rapper husband Offset have welcomed their second child, a boy, three years after the arrival of their daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus. As per reports, Cardi delivered the baby son on Saturday, September 4.

Cardi B, 28, welcomed her second child- a baby boy with her husband Offset in New York Hospital on Saturday, September 4. Cardi posted a special moment with Offset on arrival on the Instagram upload-"9/4/21 🦕💙🧸".

Well, Offset, the father of his fifth child, also posted a cute photo of three captioning- "Chapter 5". The couple was overjoyed to meet their son finally and couldn't wait to introduce the newborn to other siblings. 

TMZ reported that Cardi made the surprise pregnancy announcement in June during a performance at the BET Awards. The Bodak Yellow rapper performed alongside her spouse Offset and Migos, showing off a baby bump in a sheer jumpsuit.

Likewise, Cardi confirmed the news later on Twitter with an elegant photoshoot showing off her growing baby bump. Before the surprise announcement, Cardi stayed low-key up until that point. The Love & Hip Hop alum star thanked her supporters via Instagram at the time with maternity photo photos, writing 'No.2!'.

This, of course, is Cardi and Offset's, second baby. Cardi gave birth to her little one, Kulture Kiari Cephus, who is now 3 years, in 2018. However, Offset welcomed Jordan,11, Kody, 6, and Kalea, 6, through his previous relationship.

In the same vein, Cardi also shared a mother-daughter picture with her 3-year-old daughter's hand on her bare stomach. The actress gushed, "I just know these two will love each other so much and argue so much since they're three years apart."

When Cardi B was first pregnant with Kulture, many people commented- "Oh, he already has three kids; why would Cardi have a kid with somebody that has three kids?' Cardi explained to Vogue in January 2020, saying: 'My dad has eight kids, and we all get along, and it feels better, fuller.'

Needless to mention, Cardi would, infact, love to see the new baby interacting with his elder siblings. The Expectant hitmaker's goal is to teach Kulture & her newly born to be a boss in their own right whether the toddler wants to go college one day or own a company.
