Furthermore, the diva suffered the first aneurysm in 2011 at age 24 while indulged in a routine work out session at a London gym.

"The diagnosis was quick and ominous: a subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), a life-threatening type of stroke, caused by bleeding into the space surrounding the brain. I'd had an aneurysm, an arterial rupture. As I later learned, about a third of SAH patients die immediately or soon thereafter."

She revealed that she went through three hours of surgery and spent four long days in the Intensive Care Unit.

The actress wrote in the first-person story,

"Just when all my childhood dreams seemed to have come true, I nearly lost my mind and then my life."

She continued,

"I've never told this story publicly, but now it's time."

Clark also maintained that given her healthy physical state all her life, she was mentally taken aback in a major fashion. Here, she posted an Instagram video where she thanked all her fans who shared and loved her story and mentioned that "@sameyouorg" is ready to hear your stories!

Moreover, she also added that much of the stress came as press constantly questioned her about the nudity of her character, during the first season.

Clarke wrote,

"I always got the same question [that was] some variation of: 'You play such a strong woman, and yet you take off your clothes. Why?'"

She further explained,

"In my head, I'd respond: 'How many men do I need to kill to prove myself?'"

She added that she suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage, a fatal form of stroke that causes bleeding into the space surrounding the brain. In addition, the actress was unable to speak her full name even weeks after suffering from the problem.

She added,

"I emerged from the operation with a drain coming out of my head. Bits of my skull had been replaced by titanium. These days, you can't see the scar that curves from my scalp to my ear, but I didn't know at first that it wouldn't be visible."

Doctors found another aneurysm two years later that required another major surgery. She explained her pain after she woke up.

"I had a massive bleed and the doctors made it plain that my chances of surviving were precarious if they didn't operate again. This time they needed to access my brain in an old-fashioned way -- through my skull. And the operation had to happen immediately."

After anxiety, panic attacks, and surgery, she spent a month in the hospital. She also expressed her concern about the effect of hemorrhage writing,

"There was the constant worry about cognitive or sensory losses".

However, the GOT star successfully managed to keep the health issues from making headlines. The news comes as the show plans to premiere the first episode of Season 8 on April 14, 2019.
