'Heartland' Actor Robert Cormier dead at 33
A member of the Heartland cast, Robert Cormier, died on Friday, September 23. He was an amazing talent, gone too soon at just 33 years old.
At 33, Robert Cormier passed away on September 23rd 2022. He is survived by his parents, Lisa and Robert, his sisters Krystal, Stephanie and Britanny, and his grandma Joanne and uncles, aunts and cousins.

The guy admired his father dearly, always striving to achieve more and cherished family movie nights. Rob's memory will live on through his passion for film and art and his three sisters, who meant the world to him.
However, Robert's obituary doesn't reveal the cause of death. As per the story published by The Hollywood Reporter, Robert's sister Stephanie said she passed away in hospital in Etobicoke, Ont, from injuries suffered in a fall.

While growing up, Cormier asked his father to call him "Robbie Van Dame" after his favourite veteran film star, Jean-Claude Van Damme. Before he got a breakthrough in television with a role in "Heartland", he worked as a bartender. Later, Robert acted in films like American Gods and Ransom.

Similarly, the late TV star's family asked for privacy during the difficult time. His last IG post displays him lying on the ground with his AirPods while surrounded by Heartland's screenplay. The post suggests Robert was looking forward to starring in the coming episodes of the series when it returns on Sunday for Season 16.
