Months after his estranged wife, Alice Evans, the Fantastic Four star Ioan Gruffudd has now filed for joint custody of his two lovely daughters. The news comes after Alice Evans filed for sole custody following a bitter divorce.
After his divorce from his estranged wife, Alice Evans, Ioan Gruffudd filed for custody of his two daughters. The actor, aged 48, requested custody and visitation rights in Los Angeles' Superior Court on Friday, after his former spouse filed for sole custody of their kids named Ella, 12, and Elise, 8.

SOURCE: Instagram(@ioangruffudd) Furthermore, as per reports from Daily Mail, the 102 Dalamtaian actresses verbally abused Ioan during their marriage of 14 years and revealed his suffering of not seeing his eldest daughter since last July 2022.
Additionally, Gruffudd filed a restraining order against Alice and requested her to stay away from himself and should not be able to contact his current girlfriend, Bianca Wallace.

Since I moved out of the family residence in Janaury 2021, Alice has inflicted serious emotional harm on Ella and Ellise by her statements and by interfering in my relationship with them," Fantastic Four star said while he slammed her false social media narrative.
The guy also claimed that Alice would tease his appearance making quips about his hair loss. He alleged in the court document signed on 14 Febraury 2022," To this day, Alice continues to post a false and misleading statement about me on social media. Alice has stated that I had nothing to do with girls."

"In a Facetime I had with the girls on March 3, Ella said Alice falsely told her that I wanted Alice to commit suicide, and that Ella probably making me very sad and I don't agree with her, apparently I am a bad daughter," he said at the time.

Also, Mr. Gruffudd added that Alice was, infact, blindsided by the divorce, and he abandoned their daughters and refused to see them. I an ask the judge for his kids to attend therapy over the impact of their bitter divorce, which might have on Ella and Elise.
