With her boyfriend, Darius Jackson, Keke Palmer has announced that she is expecting her first kid.
As per Page Six, with her boyfriend, Darius Jackson, Keke Palmer has announced that she is expecting her first kid.
Palmer announced on December 3 while making her hosting debut on Saturday Night Live. Keke, who has kept her relationship with Jackson mostly under wraps, broke the big news by first addressing the rumors that she was pregnant.
Some rumors are circulating, Palmer said. I want to clarify a few things that have been said in my comments on Keke, such as "Keke's having a kid" and "Keke's pregnant." Then she said, "I am!" as she tore open the long gray jacket she was wearing on stage.
"I must admit, it is horrible when people on the internet spread rumors about you guys, but it's even worse when they're true." Keke continued. The audience cheered as she posed with her exposed swelling belly.
"Like, I was trying to keep it under wraps because I had stuff going on, you know? However, I must admit that I am overjoyed because this has been the most significant blessing. Guys, I'm about to become a mother."
"Even though some people feel a little odd about me having a child because I was a child actor," the Nope star continued. "I want to state that I'm 29 years old, sexually mature, and have a home of my own, and on January 6, I stormed the Capitol. Things that adults do."
Palmer and Jackson have been dating for more than one year after meeting in May 2021 at a Memorial Day celebration.
Keke once made Jackson and her "Instagram official" by sharing photos of the two of them on her social media profile, but she has since removed all the pictures.
It became "more impossible to hide" that she was in a relationship, she said to The Tamron Hall Show in November when she first started writing about him. Palmer explained that "we spend so much time together, and he's my closest friend, so it just becomes a habit that I won't try to hide what makes me happy."
"It won't be exactly as you expect it to be because my job is my job, but since this person is significant to me, why not?"
The Hustlers star revealed her connection with sex in a recent edition of her podcast Baby, This is Keke Palmer.
Her "identity" in regards to sex, she claimed, used to view it as a "service," but it was "depressing and not enough." The finest sex advice Palmer ever received, according to her, came from Whoopi Goldberg, who instructed her to "start with pleasing yourself" during an appearance on The View.
