Famous musicians and reality TV stars, T.I. and his wife, Tiny, are in trouble. A woman says they drugged and raped her in a hotel in Los Angeles in 2005. T.I. and Tiny say it's not true; they call it a "shakedown" that started on social media. This isn't the first time they're accused of such things. Eleven women and one man in different states have made similar claims. Now, authorities in California and Georgia are asked to check into these serious accusations, including forced drugging, kidnapping, rape, and intimidation.

Their lawyer, Steve Sadow, thinks the lawsuit is a "shakedown" that started on social media and says the accuser doesn't have any proof. He also believes that if there's a fair investigation, no charges will be brought against the couple.

The lawsuit was filed under California's Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act, which extended the time limit for sexual abuse claims.

T.I. & Tiny Under Investigation for Multiple Sexual Assault Claims

This isn't the first time T.I. and Tiny have faced accusations of sexual misconduct. In March, another lawyer, Tyrone A. Blackburn, claimed to represent 11 women and one man who accused the couple of drugging and sexually assaulting them in different states between 2005 and 2018.

In addition, he asked California and Georgia authorities to look into these claims, mentioning "forced drugging, kidnapping, rape, and intimidation."

The Los Angeles Police Department is actively investigating T.I., though not Tiny, for one of the allegations. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department closed the case due to the statute of limitations.

T.I. is a well-known rapper with three Grammy awards and roles in various movies and TV shows. Tiny, a singer-songwriter, was part of the 1990s group Xscape. The couple had their reality TV show on VH1, but it was put on hold when the allegations emerged earlier this year.
