Although the post gave off a vibe of a vacation fling, it is confirmed that she is serious about the guy.
She told PEOPLE,
“We fell in love,”
Just hours prior to the intimate post she shared a photo of her lounging by the pool-side of a vacation destination with sun, sand, and ocean in the background.
The recently divorced pair began dating back in April 2016 and exchanged their vows in May 2018. Their wedding took place in Bahamas beach which aired on the Bravo show.
The former-couple appeared for a hearing in a Bergen County court. The session began at 9 a.m. and carried on for almost an hour, in which both of them agreed to an uncontested split.
As a matter of fact, She will have to move out of the house they are currently residing in April. However, if she is able to buy the $2.5 million house and its items of furniture, Caffrey will have to leave immediately.
Staub’s spokesperson, Steve Honig, told PEOPLE,
“Danielle is very much looking forward to moving on to the next chapter of her life and is excited to see what that will look like,”
She added,
“She is incredibly grateful for all the support she has received from her children, family and friends.”
Caffrey, meanwhile, told PEOPLE in a statement that he felt bittersweet.
“Now that the divorce is final, I feel a great relief as well as sadness,” the businessman said. “Relief comes as I have finally reached the end of the twisted road I was dragged down. I am looking forward to moving on in life with my supportive and loving family and friends around me. However, Danielle and I did fall in love, and it is sad to part from each other this way after experiencing something special together.”
The proceeding of Thursday was a peaceful one but Staub’s attorney did request to file a motion against Caffrey to hold him in contempt of court. If the case is accepted he will have to appear at court for a separate hearing.
