RHONJ Teresa Giudice Confirms she will Split with Husband Joe Giudice if he's Deported to Italy

RHONJ star Teresa Giudice said that she might call it to quit if he is deported to Italy.
In 2014, Joe got guilty of fraud charges in a federal court pleading that the permanent residents who commit crimes of “moral turpitude” are eligible for deportation.
And in October, the judge ruled out that the 46 years old Joe shall be deported to Italy upon his release from prison in Allenwood, Pennsylvania. Joe's 41-month sentence ends up this March 14 and Giudice already appealed the deportation order, yet it is still pending.
Meanwhile, the 46 years TV actress Teresa showed her feelings on the matter to “Real Housewives” maestro Andy Cohen on “RHONJ” reunion last Wednesday. Shockingly, Cohen questioned Giudice;
“What you’re saying is you would split up, that’s what you’re saying?”
Giudice’s brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife Melissa's reaction captured by the camera showed their tortured and uneasy, before Giudice replies;
“I mean, unless my kids say, ‘Mommy, I wanna move to Italy,’”
“Gia’s going to college next year. I haven’t spoken to Milania or Audriana about it. We haven’t gotten there yet.”
Teresa and Joe, married since 1999 lives in Towaco with their four daughters, all aged below 18.
Most recently, the married women, Teresa is seen without her wedding ring, yet she denied the rumors that she is having an affair. Nonetheless, she got spotted with realtor Blake Schreck, 26, later in Miami. However, her lawyer told that they were just friends.

Finally, after the judge ordered the deportation of Joe, Giudice asked people to pray for her husband at a public appearance in October. Also, Gia Giudice and Milania Guidice posted messages on social media about their father’s deportation order, arguing he served his time and that they shall fight for him to return home.
