Rihanna's father, Ronald Fenty, is gearing up to be a granddad. Fenty, who is ecstatic about the news, hopes his pop superstar daughter welcomes a baby girl.
Rihanna's dad Ronald Fenty,68, says, "I'm team granddaughter all the way"! On Monday, The 33-year old pop superstar's once estranged father, Fenty, has spilled all kinds of tea on the news of his daughter's pregnancy.

"She called me and said she had some good news for me, and I automatically knew what it was. I think this is a good time; she doesnt want to wait until she's in her 40s" Ronald chatted to the publication and believes that 33 is just the right age for the singer to start her own family.

Rihanna previously explained wanting to have three children if it won't be a baby daughter. " I hope it has 10 fingers and 10 toes", Fenty joked before stating his hope for a girl.
TMZ reports that grandfather-to-be opened up that Rihanna gave him the heads up the days before the photos of her and A$AP Rocky went public. Ronald met A$AP a few times and did not doubt that the two make excellent parents.

Make it official", he addressed the photo agency at his home in Barbados.
Further, Ronald gave two interviews in 24 hours which might not sit well with the "Umbrella" singer. In 2019, Rihanna sued her father for allegedly using her Fenty brand to launch his own entertainment company and make money.
