Benny Andersson, a Swedish composer, musician, songwriter, and producer, is currently married to Mona Norklit since 1981. Benny comes from a musical family; his father, and grandfather, both interested in music. He was born to father Gösta Andersson, a civil engineer, and mother Laila. At the age of ten, he learned to play the piano. When he was in high school, Benny signed on as the keyboardist for “The Hep Stars” which was a successful pop band in the year of 1960.
Benny Andersson was awarded by Four Swedish Grammis Awards. He was engaged to Christina Grönvall. They had two children together named, a son, and a daughter, Heléne. They split in 1966 and Christina never remarried. She kept custody of the children as Andersson was then at the peak of his Hep Stars' success.
