Blair Underwood was born in Tacoma, Washington and is known as an American actor and director working in films, television, and stage as well and is of African ethnicity. He was born to mother Marilyn Ann Scales, an interior decorator and father Frank Eugene Underwood, a US Army colonel. Blair spent his childhood living in army base camps in US and Germany with his father. He went to Petersburg High School to complete his high school studies and later graduated from Carnegie Mellon School of Drama with a degree in drama arts. Blair started acting in Busch Gardens as a performer.
