Early Life and Education

Catherine Lowe was born Catherine Ligaya Mejia Giudici on 29th April 1986 in Seattle, Washington under the birth sign Taurus. Lowe is American as per nationality. As far as her ethnicity is concerned, she is of mixed race(Scottish heritage). Her parents, Cynthia Mejja-Giudici and Carey Giudici raised her with her siblings India Giudici and Monica Teal Giudici.

Lowe attended Roosevelt High School in 2004. Later, she earned B.A. degree in advertising from Washington State University.

Career

Catherine Lowe started off her career in advertising and worked for Seattle's renowned Wexley School for Girls. She also worked as a graphic designer for Amazon.

Lowe rose to fame after appearing on the reality show, The Bachelor where she met the love of her life. She and her husband won the 17th season of the show. After winning the show, they were invited in the first season of  Bachelor In Paradise to speak to the couples who made to the finale.

After the popularity from the first series, she then appeared in- Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars and Billion Dollar Buyer. 

Personal Life

Catherine Lowe her fiancée turned husband, Sean Lowe on 26th January 2014 in a live ceremony in the Four Seasons Resort Biltmore in Santa Barbara. The ceremony was attended by some of the contestants of The Bachelor like- Ashley & J.P. Rosenbaum, Trista & Ryan Sutter and DeAnna & Stephen Stagliano among others.

The couple met for the first time on the sets of the show, The Bachelor. He proposed to her during the show with a 3.15-carats with a cushion-cut engagement jewel.  

On 2nd July 2016, the couple welcomed their first child named, Samuel Thomas. The pair announced the birth of their child via social media with the caption-

‘’God is good! We had a healthy baby boy named Samuel Thomas. Thank you, everyone, for your prayers and support!’’

After the birth of their first baby, Lowe put on 60 pounds. However, she managed to lose 10 pounds within a year after intense exercises and proper diet. She released a statement on about her weight loss,

‘’I gained almost 60 pounds from my pregnancy and now I'm down over 50 pounds, so I'm content with that. I've been working with a personal trainer and the owner of Fit180 studios in the DFW area who has been helping me with a diet plan, building muscle and losing body fat. Julie Clayton has been super instrumental in my weight loss journey. I have never been super strict with anything really, but I'd say I'm trying my best to be balanced in diet, working out and my personal and professional life.’’

As of November 2017, the couple announced that they were expecting their second child. The mother-to-be posted a picture on her Instagram revealing her baby bump.

Prior to this, Lowe dated musical artist and rapper, Grynch. The couple dated for a short period of time and broke up soon.

Net Worth

Catherine Lowe stands at the height of 5 feet 3 inches (1.6m). Lowe, who rose to fame from the reality series, The Bachelor, might have an estimated net worth of million dollars. However, the exact amount is not confirmed yet.

As per TMZ, her husband signed a contract with The Bachelor where he earned $10k for three and four weeks, $20k for five, six and seven weeks and $30k for eight and nine weeks. In the show, he even revealed that he invested $10 million in real estate project which he saved from his salary.

Lowe and her husband own a house in Dallas.
