Dave Attell is an American writer, actor and stand-up comedian. He was raised in Long Island. Dave graduated from New York University with a degree in television and film. He previously worked as a waiter in the food service industry. Dave started his acting from television appearances on VH1’s Stand–up Spotlight, which featured Jeff Garlin, Jay Mohr and Wanda Sykes and Lewis Black.
