The celebrity daughter got arrested on June 14 of the same year, for the manufacture, delivery, and sale of meth.

For the first time, Grace was detained on December 18, 2015, at Nashville Walgreen Store. Kelley's vehicle had been at the site for some time and investigators told that they saw her coming out of the car and going into the shop. The police pulled her over for examination.

According to the authority, the vehicle with Kelley's license plate. On the scene, the cops found pseudoephedrine. The bill for her purchase of items like Coleman fuel. Despite the rejection, Ashley got temporary custody of Grace in 2014 and began residing with her aunt.

On May 26, 2017, she pleaded guilty in Tenesee's Williamson County Court and received a suspended sentence of 11 months and 29 days. It was when her trial period was annulled and her case was sent to a drug court. Kelley inked on her body after she was convicted of violating probation in a meth case in 2020.

It looks like it's Grace's way to show her creative side. She was incarcerated for more than a year for an August 2021 probation violation linked to her previous case. Before that, she was granted parole in 2019. The lady served her prison time at West Tennesee State Penitentiary in Henning, Tennessee.

The probable date of her release is August 10, 2025. It came as a shock when she was released from prison on December 29, 2022  Upon the release from West Tennesse State Penieterey for a fourth time on December 29, 2022, Grace came back to her little girl Kaliyah. Also, her previous release appeared almost nine months following the death of her grandmother, Naomi Judd.
