Ina Rosenberg Garten is a host of the Food Network program Barefoot Contessa, for which she has won two Emmy Awards. She is a former staff member of the White House Office of Management and Budget. Her first cookbook, "The Barefoot Contessa Cookbook", was one of the best-selling cookbooks in 1999. She is the daughter of Florence and Charles H. Rosenberg, a surgeon specializing in Otolaryngology.
