An American billionaire businessman who is owner and chief executive officer of NFL’s Dallas Cowboys. He is son of J.W. Jones and Arminta Jones. He completed his college from University of Arkansas. Beside it has has appeared in several TV commercial like in Pepsi He was also co-captain of Arkansas football team. After he graduated in 1965 he worked as executive vice president i his dad's company named Modern Security Life of Springfield. later on he bought Dallas Cowboys for $140 million.

Recently he was involved in controversy when his photo was leaked while he was enjoying with two young girl in a party. Seventy-five years old business tycoon is a married man. Though his controversial picture was leaked his wife still hasn't divorced him by which we can confirm that she loves him too much. The couple is parents of three children.

Early Life And Education Of Jerry Jones

Jerral Wayne Jones was born on 13 October 1942 in Los Angeles, California to the family of  J.W. "Pat" Jones and  Armenita Pearl Clark Jones. His birth sign is Libra. He has a sister named Jacquelyn Jones.

His father Pat was a chairman and president of Modern Security Life Insurance Co.

Jones studied at North Little Rock High School and completed his graduation in 1960. He was the member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity at the University of Arkansas.

Most importantly, he was the co-captain of the 1964 National Championship football team. He is one of the NFL owners who had a successful football career with  Jerry Richardson of the Carolina Panthers being the other.

He received a Master's degree in business in 1970.

Jones faced tough days during his initial professional career. He borrowed $1 million from Jimmy Hoffa's Teamsters to open a Shakey's Pizza Parlor restaurant in Missouri but his attempt failed miserably. He tried to buy the American Football League's San Diego Chargers in 1967 but he was failed in the attempt.

After several other unsuccessful business ventures, he began an oil and gas business in Arkansas named 'Jones Oil and Land Lease' that ultimately became a success.

Dallas Cowboys

He bought the Dallas Cowboys for $140 million from H.R. "Bum" Bright on 25 February 1989. During his tenure, the Cowboys gained a big success with an appreciable value of $4.2 billion turning the owner into a billionaire.

Meanwhile, increased TV revenues played a key role in granting NFL's place as 'the world's richest sports league with revenues over $10 billion per person. The 2017 NFL season is Jerry's 29th as Cowboys owner.

Though he's one of the popular faces in the world in the football history, he has a huge number of criticizers.

He was 'the least favorite sports personality' by Sports Illustrated during an online poll in October 2003 in three states; Texas, Delaware, and Virginia. People were against his decision firing longtime coach Tom Landry who was all-time fans favorite.

Violating gag order on labor issues, he was fined $100,000.

Besides his career in NFL, he appeared on a number of TV shows. He appeared in a TV show Coach.

In 2010, he performed in the HBO series Entourage. He also narrated a documentary movie based on his former partner and teammate Jim Lindsey. Also, he performed in Go Fund Yourself and Moss Piglets.

Being the member of Arkansas Razorbacks, he won the FWAA College Football National Championship in 1964. He became the three-time Super Bowl champion- XXVII, XXVII, and xxx.

As the owner, president and GM of the Dallas Cowboys, he won the Outstanding Team ESPY Award in 1993.

In 2010, he won the NFF Gridiron Club of Dallas Distinguished Texan Award with a Horatio Alger Award in 2013.

In 2014, he became the NFL Executive of the Year.

He paid $140 million for the Cowboys from the previous owner, H.R. Bright who had previously purchased the Cowboys for $60 million. Over the last decade, the Cowboys value increased over 220% from $1.50 billion to $4.80 billion.

When Jones bought the Cowboys, they were in heavy loss of $1 million per month and now, it is worth an amazing $4.8 billion. It has an estimated operating income of $350 million on an annual basis.

He owes a two-story 14,044-square-foot Mediterranean style house at Preston Road. The house featuring marble floors and 30-foot ceilings worth $13,428,790.

Reportedly, he also owns a home in Dallas, Texas, United States.

Jerry and his lovely wife Eugenia 'Gene' Jones are the kinds of a couple seen in the old movies.

The couple who first met and fell in love while studying at the University of Arkansas. Gene was the winner of the 1960 Miss Arkansas USA while Jerry was a college football player at Arkansas.

The couple married in 1963 after their sophomore year of college. The couple welcomed their first son, a baby boy named Stephen Jones in 1964. He has achieved multiple hats for the Cowboys being the Executive Vice President, Director of Player Personnel and Chief Operating Officer.

Their second child, Charlotte Jones Anderson was born on 26 July 1966. She is working as Executive Vice President and the Chief Brand Officer of the Cowboys. Charlotte was fired by her father twice over budget issues as she didn't spend enough.

The youngest boy in the family, Jerry Jones Jr. is the current Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and the Executive Vice President of the Cowboys.

Though everything went at a perfect pace between the couple, things went wrong when he was pictured with some mystery woman posing in some intimate position in 2009. Though the leaked images created a huge controversy in media, he tried to manage things stating that the images were taken five years back at a restaurant for its own purpose.

The ladies identified as Jordan and Lindzie mentioned that it happened because of drinking excessive alcohol. Jerry, however, denied all the claims and made no further comments on the very topic.
