When Marvin Jones celebrated Christmas 2019 with his family, what he didn't know was that it wouldn't just be the first but as well as the last Christmas with his youngest child, Marlo Jones.
Death Of Marvin Jones' Child; Tributes Were Made
NFL player Marvin Jones and his wife, Jazmyn Jones, both announced the saddest news about their youngest son, Marlo Jones who passed away suddenly on 27th December. The couple took to social media to pay a tribute with an emotional message and post for their late son whom they called an angel.
And many celebrities including Randy Moss shared their condolence for the Jones family. Detroit Lions as well as paid a tribute to Marvin and his family who made their first public appearance after their son's death, at the Lambeau Field where Lions played against Green Bay Packers.
Jones didn't play the match for being out due to an injury. Furthermore, a smiling image that Marvin posted on his Instagram page was displayed at the stadium. Marlo was only six months when he took his last breath. He is survived by his four elder siblings and his parents.
Marvin Jones Shares Four More Children With His Wife
Jones and his wife Jazmyn also co-parents four more children including son; Marvin Jones III, Mareon Jones, Murrell Jones, and daughter, Mya Jones. All of the remaining children were seen alongside their parents at the stadium.
The couple has been together for over thirteen years as they celebrated their 13th anniversary on 22nd March 2019. As for Jazmyn, she owns and runs the Troy Michigan branch of Nothing Bundt Cakes.
In the meantime, the cause behind Marlo's sudden death is yet to be revealed by Marvin and his wife.
Career Of Jones; Made $40 Million Contract Deal With Detroit Lions
Since his school days, Jones was a pro at American football which paved his way into the NFL. And, soon after his talents were discovered in the field, many teams showed their interests to sign him up.
As a matter of fact, he is the only receiver with the most points at his high school and further continued to show the magic whilst playing for his college football too. He is the alum of Etiwanda High School and the University of California.
And, before he was bought by Detroit Lions in 2016 for $40 million for five years contract deal, he previously represented Cincinnati Bengals for three years from 2012 to 2015.
Furthermore, Marvin also collaborated with Pampers US on the cause to build 5000 changing tables in public restrooms to make it easier for parents with young toddler children.
