Actress Stefanie Sherk was born in 1982 in Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ontario. She attended the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City and enrolled in The University of Western Ontario for her graduation. Sherk eventually earned an Honors BA in History. Currently, she is attending Pacifica Graduate Institute for Master degree in Depth Psychology.
Sherk began her career as a co-host of the TV series Gutter Ball Alley in 2001. She then appeared in an array of TV series as well as TV movies like The Bridge, #Hashtag: The Series, Cyber Vice, and many others.
Her fame rose to prominence in the film Valentine’s Day, Cyber Vice and Easy. In 2015 Stefanie featured in the movie Refugio portraying the role of Kay. As a writer, her work includes short stories like Big Date in 2011 and The Sister in 2009.

Sherk died on 20th April 2019 of an apparent suicide by drowning. She was just 43 at the time of her death. Her husband shared in an Instagram post:

As per the autopsy report, asphyxia and drowning were also listed as the contributing factors behind her death.
