Stipe Pletikosa is a skilled Croatian football player who plays for the FC Rostov which is a Russian club and previously for the Croatia national team as a goalkeeper. He started his professional career with Hajduk Split. He made his debut from the national team at the age of twenty against Denmark in 1999. He is one of the best goalkeeper in the world best known for punches, long throw, reflexes and co-ordination. After FIFA World Cup 2014 he took retirement from the international football game.
