What's The Secret To Jeremy Clarkson On Losing Two Stone?
When the famous English tv presenter Jeremy Clarkson recently stepped out at Nolita Social in London to attend the book launch of Fatima Bhutto, the Top Gear co-host showcased a much slimmer physique in a black blazer jacket and faded blue jeans accompanied by a blue check shirt.
Most noticeably, Clarkson's belly fat seemed to have been trimmed down to a much flatter stomach. The tv star was seen with his gorgeous girlfriend, Lisa Hogan who equally looked stunning in a matching ensemble of a white basic shirt and dark blue jeans completed with white sneakers and a grey cardigan.

Healthy Diet Is What Helped With Clarkson's Weight Loss
Yup, a healthy lifestyle that involved healthy diets is what it all took Clarkson to shed two stones. Also, thanks to Jeremy for not being selfish to share his weight loss secrets as he has always been very open about it with his fans.
The father of three including; Emily Clarkson, Finlo Clarkson, and Katya Clarkson cut off all the unhealthy food and added more fresh vegetables and fruits to his meals such as salad. Not to mention he even cut off meat and sacrificed eating steaks.
When asked in an interview how he was able to enjoy leaf and lose shed, Jeremy said it was due to the diet tips he was inspired by Her Majesty The Queen. He further revealed how he doesn't exercise or hit the gym referencing how the Queen still looks great in her nineties without working out.
In his words, he said:
"No. No, that would be unseemly. The Queen doesn’t go to the gym and she doesn’t run and she’s 93 and she’s all right."
Besides, Clarkson's inspiration also comes from his recent trip to Vietnam with girlfriend Lisa where he usually cycled everywhere in the East Asian country and learned about all the healthy food there.
Although he admits, cycling all the time almost every day where he lived in the place separated to a distanced village of 3 kilometers by a mountain, wasn't good for his health, but it was how he was able to lose his weight.
