The multitalented star only welcomed her third child, Birdie Mae Johnson earlier this year in March. Whilst it hasn't even been six months after the delivery of her daughter, Simpson has shocked the world by her jow-dropping weight loss transformation.

Luckily, we know all the secrets to the singer's weight loss regimen. All thanks to her trainer and sister, Ashlee Simpson for spilling the beans.

Simpson Followed Body Reset Diet

According to sister Ashlee, it was the hard work and dedication that helped Jessica on losing her postpartum body weight. Ashlee says Simpson worked really hard and followed all the strict weight loss regimen set up for her. Of course, it was. After all, there's no shortcut to success.

But alongside hard work, it was also the help of her trainer, Harley Pasternak who helped the singer with exercise and following a special kind of diet called Body Reset Diet. The diet basically involves eating three meals and two snacks a day. But, the diet is required to contain protein, fat, and fiber with balance.

Even more precisely, the diet divided into three phases where the first phase that is supposed to follow for five days allows you to indulge only smoothies and snacks that contain protein and calorie, whereas, phase two requires you to eat two smoothies, two snacks, and one heavy meal with added workout sessions.

Phase three, similarly wants you to eat one smoothie, two meals and two snacks per day with more exercise for five times a week including 10,000 steps. This phase also allows you to drink alcohol. Jessica, however, mostly ate Cauliflower added to her food.

Jessica's Advice On Weight Loss

One of the most important things the singer did to keep a track of her diet was noting down what she ate every day. Jessica says it's really important to know what and how much you're eating a day. And, with weighing the highest she has ever been with her third pregnancy at 240 Ibs, it's clear why she needed to take extra efforts.

Simpson is also mother to two more children including Ace Knute Johnson and Maxwell Drew Johnson the Texas native shares with husband Eric Johnson she tied the knot in 2014. Matter of fact, Jessica who claims she suffers from heavyweight gain during pregnancies endured the most weight gain issues more with her third pregnancy.
