Similar to Penny in the show, Cuoco has had a busy romantic life, consisting of short-lived romances, rumored dalliances, and some notable relationships.

Kaley Christine Cuoco was born on November 30, 1985, in Camarillo, California. The Emmy-nominated actress has been persistent in finding the love of her life. And as she welcomes her firstborn with actor Tom Pelphrey, fans surmise the actress has found the one. Cuoco's long dating history begins with Thad Luckinbill, who she dated in the early 2000s. Kaley and Galecki portrayed the endearing couple Penny and Leonard on the beloved show for 12 seasons and were in a real-life relationship for two years at one point. The pair's amicable split thankfully didn't pose any problem for the show, which went on for years after their split in 2009. Cuoco's romantic profile turned versatile when she dated and even got engaged to addiction specialist Josh Resnik in March 2012.

The Flight Attendant actress proved she was ready to settle down early in her rocketing career when she married tennis player Ryan Sweeting after a few months of dating in December 2013. The pair separated after less than two years of marriage in 2015. Reflecting on her brief nuptial with Ryan, the actress says, "I married someone the first time who completely changed. The person I ended up with was not the person I originally met. And that wasn't my fault — that was his."

Kaley had a short-lived rapport with Paul Blackthorne and Henry Cavill after her first divorce. The To Be Fat Like Me actress started dating equestrian Karl Cook in 2016. The pair met at a horse show and soon ensued a romantic tie. The new lovebirds ' whirlwind romance reached its peak when they got engaged within a year of dating and walked down the aisle a year later in 2018. Cuoco's conjugal life with Cook ended just as fast as her first marriage, with the pair announcing their split in 2021.

In an interview with Glamour last year, Kaley said she has sworn off marriage. "I will never get married again. I would love to have a long-lasting relationship or a partnership. But I will never get married again," the actress shared.
