Turner has six siblings from his parents' previous relationship named Ike Turner Jr., Michael Turner, Mia Turner, Linda Trippeter, and Twanna Turner Melby from his father's side and Craig Raymond Turner from his mother's side. In December 2007, Ronnie's father passed away, and in 2018, his older brother Craig committed suicide.
