His place in the United States was at risk when President Trump terminated the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) act.

Donald Trump on September 5, announced that his administration would be winding down the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.

DACA protected 8,00,000 young adults and unauthorized immigrants from deportation legally since 2012. President Trump came up with a decision that no one will be protected under the new program.
