Pro-Trump Activist Candace Owens is Planning To Run for Office

Conservative activist Candace Owens after commenting in politics for years is finally ready to get involved it.

The 30-year-old Candace Owens surprised everyone on Thursday morning when she announced on twitter that she is seriously considering running for office. She wrote:

"I'm now honestly considering running for office. Never had any desire to previously, but something changed in me last night. Had a conversation with my husband and I think it's a plan"

After the announcement on Twitter, the founder of Blexit movement joined fellow conservative political commentator Glenn Beck on his radio program. In the show, Owens revealed that she came to this decision after getting frustrated with the dishonesty of the governors.

Candice, who has downplayed the seriousness of the COVID-19 many times, did not mention anyone by the name but she claimed that Democratic state leaders are using the coronavirus crisis to benefit them politically.

Beck then asked what seat is Owens planning to contest, and she honestly replied that she has not decided whether it's for governor or senate or House. However, she is sure; she will win whatever the seat that might be.

"I'll tell you something else, Glenn, I'll win. They won't know what hit them ... they're being dishonest, and they lie, and I've had enough of it."

Later in the day, former Turning Pont USA member talked to Washington Examiner, and it looked like her thoughts were much clear this time. She told the news agency that she would run somewhere on the East Coast. 

Not only that, the Connecticut native even warned prominent Democrats such as New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez that she could challenge them. She made clear she is not afraid of anyone and might come for their seats.

To be clear, Owens's political aspirations are not limited to remove Democrats from their most safe seats. Infact she is not even ruling out running for President. She said,

"The media created Trump. And the media has created Candace Owens. You tell me what I can't do, and I'll guarantee you I'll do it."

It seems like the positive response from her followers about her decision is the reason behind all of her confidence. Since posting, her tweets have got more than two hundred thousand likes and is retweeted more than thirty-three thousand.

Though Candace and her fans are very confident of her win, political pundits differ. Many believe her comments on Hitler and mass shootings are bound to haunt her during campaigns. 

However, on the personal front, Owens life is less scandalous. She is happily married to George Farmer since September 1, 2019.
