Drew Barrymore reveals having an Open Relationship with Luke Wilson

Drew Barrymore reveals she was previously in an "open relationship" with Luke Wilson. On "The Drew Berry Show," Barrymore reminisces romantic involvement with Luke Wilson in the late 1990s.

The now 46-year-old actress Drew Barrymore and Kate Hudson on "The Drew Berry Show" reminisce on meeting and having a romantic link-up with the Wilson brothers.

"I was dating him, but I think he was also dating other people," Drew shared her wilder memories on her talk show on Thursday of once being romantically involved with Luke Wilson.

On Thursday's episode of the daytime talk show "The Drew Barrymore Show." The film actress discussed with another actress Kate Hudson about what love lives looked like in the good old days.

"When we first met, we were young and wild," Barrymore said as she and Kate first met Luke Wilson at a restaurant 'Chez Jay' in Santa Monica, California.

The fellow actor Wilson was also present; both actresses recalled the moment. The meetup later turned into an open relationship. "You were doing ' Alex & Emma' together, I think," Barry spoke to Wilson, who is now 50.

" And I was dating him, but I think he was also dating other people."Barrymore stated that theirs" was an open relationship." She continued," We were young."

Barrymore and Hudson were often captured having PDA in the late 90s, but not much about their relationship was publicly revealed. Barrymore isn't the only one to have had such an experience as Hudson added, "I've been there with a Wilson too."

The guest on the show, Hudson, referred to her past affair with Luke's brother, actor Owen Wilson and went on to joke:" I've been there with a Wilson too!" after they saw each other since meeting in 2006 on the set of "You, Me and Dupree."

"It's so fun because when you're young, you're like, 'It's low-stakes,' we're just young, we're having fun, we're all playing, acting, hanging out," discussed Barrymore.

"We did. We had the best time," Hudson recalled," I used to get people saying,' Oh, you kind of look like Drew Barrymore,' which is why I ended up doing you on 'SNL' as well."

In regards to the marital life of Drew Barrymore, she married Tom Green in 2001, although the pair divorced in 2002. Then from 2012-2016, she got hitched to Will Kopelman, with whom she shares two children - Frankie Barrymore Kopelman and Olive Barrymore Kopelman.
