There's been a family split. Dwyane Johnson confirms he has no plans to star in the movie series and now got his road to drive down.

The interview initiates with Johnson taking on his 2021 and told he had a more accomplished year. His tequila business is booming with sales of hundreds of thousands of bottles and the second season of Young Rock is all set to release.

Further, Dwyane opened up about the wrapped production of Black Adam in July and became the most followed American man on Instagram. His starred movie, Red Notice achieved eye-popping views on Netflix, despite mediocre reviews.

During the interview, the actor also addressed if he'd ever run for president due to high public demand. The topic of Vin's public Instagram post came up. Diesel referred to Dwayne's character Luke Hobbs in Fast Five (2010) wrote," My little brother Dwyane.. the time has come. The world awaits the finale of Fast 10."

Vin penned, "I say this out of love.. but you must show up, do not leave the franchise idle you have a very important role to play. Hobbs cant is played by any other."

Red Notice star bluntly called out Vin's plea the wrong way- and even manipulative. Johnson says he was surprised by Vin's recent post," This past June, when Vin and I actually connected, not over social media. I told him directly- and privately- that I would not be returning to the franchise."

The Baywatch cast added," I was firm yet cordial with my words and said that I would always be supportive of the cast and always root for the franchise to be successful but that there was no chance I would return. I privately spoke with my partners at Universal as well, all of whom were supportive as they understand the problem."

While there may be no future for Dwyane in the 'Fast and the Furious franchise, the tension between the star casts goes back several entries in the franchise, notably in 2017's The Fate of The Furious.

Crew members revealed that Johnson refused to be involved in a scene when he was supposed to be lying down to Diesel's feet. While Fast & Furious 10 is the eleventh movie in the thrilling franchise, it won't feature Dwayne, aka Luke Hobbs.
