This November, US President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden will be hosting a wedding reception at the White House. The lovebirds dated for four years before their engagement in September 2021.
On Monday, President Joe Biden's 28-year old eldest granddaughter Naomi Biden announced her plans to have her wedding reception at the White House in a tweet. The Washington-based Firm' Arnold & Porter's lawyer got engaged to Peter Neal in September 2021.

Not to mention, Neal, 24, popped the question to Naomi, a daughter of Hunter Biden and his wife, Kathleen Biden, near his childhood house in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The engagement ring features a band of Neal's grandmother's engagement ring.

Further, Peter is a law student in his final semester at the University of Pennsylvania. The wedding reception will be held on November 19. However, there is no clue where the nuptial ceremony will be held.
For the first time in more than ten years, a president's family member will have a reception at the White House. In 2018, Jenna Bush, the daughter of former President George W. Bush, had a reception for over 600 guests at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

The White House has a long list of historic wedding celebrations as the venue for the weddings of presidential children, starting back from the 1800s, including the marriage of the daughter of Lyndon B. Johnson in 1967.
In addition, the first White House wedding was in 1812. Meanwhile, the last ceremony at that executive mansion was in 1971 for the former President of US Richard Nixon's daughter, Tricia Nixon.
