In late 2001, Kournikova started dating pop star, Enrique Iglesias. since they met on the set of his Escape music video. As per some online sources, the two were married, but they separated for some unknown reasons.

In 2013, the couple reconciled and they are proud parents of three children. After coming together, the lovebirds welcomed their two year-old twins- a boy and a girl named, Nicholas and Lucy in Miami.

In the heartwarming snap, the Bailando hitmaker is seen donned a green hospital gown, hair net, masks, and gloves- peering at his new bundle of joy adorned with a striped hat on her head with a bow and also kissing his partner's forehead. 

The Spanish singer, as well as, the athlete uploaded a snap with a caption "My Sunshine 01.30.2020" 

Well, she is definitely sunshine for them after years as Enrique and Anna have become parents for a second time. Also, his brother Julio Iglesias Jr., in a radio interview with ADN radio host exclusively revealed he's become an uncle. He added, "my brother now has three children and he's super happy".

She has been in a serious relationship with some of the guys and was reported to have married as well, but she has denied the rumors. In 2011, Sergei Fedorov, a teammate of Bure claimed that he was married to Kournikova in 2001 and divorced in 2003.

She strictly denied the claim. However, the agent of Fedorov also claimed that he was married but was not sure whether the lady is Kournikova or not.

Kournikova also became a member of the St. Louis Aces in the World Team Tennis playing doubles. In 2008, she raised $400k for the Elton John AIDS Foundation and Atlanta AIDS Partnership Fund in an exhibition hosted by Elton John and Billie Jean King.

Career
Anna Kournikova started her professional tennis career at the age of 14. Kournikova won the Fed Cup for Russia and a European Championship, making her the youngest players to do so. In 1995, she won the International Tennis Federation title twice and reached in the finals of the Women’s Tennis Association Tour at the Kremlin Cup.

In 1996, the 5 feet 8 inches tall made her grand slam debut in the US Open and the following year appeared in Australian and French Open. She then partnered with Swiss star, Martin Hingis and won the Australian Open doubles championship in 1999 and 2000.

Winning the title, Kournikova was ranked number 1 in doubles and also earned the title of the WTA Award for Doubles Team of the Year with her partner, Higgins in 1999 and 2000. In the same year, 2000, she also won the Golf Coast Open doubles and made it to eight semi-finals at the WTA Tour Championships in various places.

In the 2001 season, Kournikova injured her left foot and also suffered a severe back and spinal problems. Due to this, she had to take a break from her career, to undergo multiple surgeries. Kournikova soon made a comeback and won the Grand Slam Doubles at the Australian Open in 2002.

In March 2004, Kournikova stopped playing professionally, however, is playing only for charity purposes.

Anna Kournikova was born Anna Sergeyevna Kournikova on 7th June 1981 in Moscow, Russian SFSR under the birth sign Gemini. Kournikova holds two nationalities, Russian and American (2010) and as far as her ethnicity is concerned; she is Caucasian. 

Kournikova is the daughter of Alla and Sergei Kournikova, a former Greco-Roman wrestling champion. spent her childhood with her younger brother, Allan (a youth golf world champion). 

At the age of 5, Kournikova received her first tennis racquet. She then joined the Spartak Tennis Club where she trained under Larissa Preobrazhenskaya. In 1989, she appeared in junior tournaments and eventually attained much of the attention from the tennis scouts around the globe.

By the age of 10, Kournikova went to Florida at Nick Bollettieri's tennis academy after signing a management deal. In 1997, she graduated from a Russian high school and since then she has attended the Russian University of Physical Culture as well. Due to the chronic lower back trouble, she retired from professional tennis.
