Chris is presently married to his lovely wife, Monique Samuels a.k.a Monique Cox. Monique is a reality star who appears on the Bravo reality series ''The Real Housewives of Potomac.''

The duo shared the wedding vows on 3rd March of 2012 after dating for several years in an elegant cotemporary wedding ceremony at Ronald Reagan Building in front of 350 guests.

The guests in the marriage include famous stars like Redskins owner Daniel Synder and former football stars like Marcus Washington, Fred Smoot, and Shawn Springs. Further, the groom was wearing a grey tuxedo wheres was the bride slammed the wedding with a beautiful glittered white gown.

Cox was the first who knew she was falling in love with Chris, but as he is an aggressive man, she was scared to tell him about her feelings. But just after the month of the incident, Samuels told Cox that he was falling in love with her. When asked about the incident, the star said that,

"It was almost like we were already in a relationship without the titles."

"Literally, we're best friends and we're lovers as well, It's the best of both worlds."

After all these years, it was time for both of the individuals to think about their marriage. Once Samuels guessed that he saw a dream where he was alongside Cox at the Club Trinity. He said that it was God who sent him massage to marry Cox. Later that night, he went out to Monique, got down on his knees, and proposed his special one.
