Luke Perry Personal Life; Engaged to his Girlfriend Wendy Madison Bauer

Unlike other celebrities, Luke maintained a smooth relationship with his wife, Rachel Minnie Sharp. Luke and Rachel tied the knot on November 20, 1993, in Beverly Hills.

The couple shared two children together. They welcomed their first son Jack Perry on June 15, 1997, and daughter Sophie Perry on June 7, 2000.

Luke's son is a professional wrestler now, known by his ring name "Jungle Boy" Nate Coy and signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW).

Sadly he and his wife parted their ways following their divorce in 2003.  The reason for their divorce is still at large. 

Perry had suffered from colon cancer after testing for it in the year 2015. Sadly, it had revealed pre-cancerous growths.

Most recently, Perry suffered a massive stroke at his home in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, on February 27, 2019. Because of which he died from complications at the age of 52 on March 4.

Coy Luther Perry was born on October 11, 1966, in Mansfield, Ohio. He was the son of Ann Bennett, a homemaker, and Coy Luther Perry Jr., a steelworker. His parent's divorced while he was six years old.

However, Perry got raised in Fredericktown, Ohio, where he served as the school mascot Freddie Bird for Fredericktown High School.

Shortly after high school, Perry moved from Ohio to LA to pursue a career in acting. Initially, he worked for an asphalt paving company in a doorknob factory.

Perry auditioned for 256 acting jobs in New York before bagging his first acting job. Later on, he came to limelight after landing an opportunity in a music video alongside Alice Cooper in Be Chrool to Your Scuel for the band Twisted Sister.
