It was built in 2007 and it is of Spanish villa-style. The house features four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a gym, a library, and a large living space. Furthermore, it also has an office, theater as well as a recording studio. 

The celebrity couple first listed their house for sale in 2014. However, the current asking price of the house is $2 million less than the previous price. Prior to buying Brentwood villa, Chambers and her spouse owned a house in Palm Desert which they sold for $1.1 million.
